The home was built in 1960 with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, dining room, kitchen and some attic space that was used for a bonus room. The home is all electric with a fire place and insert for really heating the place up. The roof on the home was installed in 2016 per county records. The Kitchen has a large island, double oven, dishwasher & trash compactor, a wall pantry and a breakfast bar area (chair height). The washer, dryer and fireplace insert are newer. There is a large deck on the back of the home, with built-in benches. Deck, steps on the north side and benches need work. There is also a detached garage, and an old barn built from trees that may have come from this lot. The walls on the barn are really thick 2 X 12's I believe, which has a small added room to the side of the barn with a bathroom, that appears newer. There is also another section added to the back of the old barn, partial slab for a car and the rest possibly used for animals. There is a sink and storage too. Then on to the NW side of the home, there is a large tall shop with slab floor. Could be an RV garage, but has been used for other things. It has an electric panel and water. Lastly, at the rear of the property, there is an older 1978 mobile home that was moved onto the property in 1995 per county records for a daughter and her kids to live in. Due to roof leaks, the mobile home has extensive damage. It needs an overhaul inside and a new roof, but has 1152 sq ft per title records and per a few that have seen this, it will be much less expensive to repair, than buying a new one. The mobile home is on the same lot, which makes this non-conforming for lenders. For mailing purposes, the mobile has a different address. It also has a rented propane tank, water gage and newer electric it appears (buyers to investigate all through inspections they deem necessary). There is an old well (unknown age), with pressure tank, not used in 27 years or so that the seller knows of. However there is also a water meter from Del Oro water company, to service the property.
