Tina Shone has been involved in the real estate profession for over 40 years beginning her career in San Francisco in 1976 as a 3rd generation real estate professional. Listing and selling property throughout Sonoma, Napa and Mendocino Counties, Tina has become an expert in the realm of country property including vineyard, equestrian, development and historic properties. Understanding the history and uniqueness of each property she represents is her passion, and an interest she enthusiastically shares with her clients. Having lived and worked in Sonoma Valley for much of her life, she has developed an extensive network with some of the area’s best title officers, lenders, inspectors, contractors, architects, designers, stagers, photographers and other industry professionals, supporting her belief that working with top talent yields top results.
Tina earned her Sales license in 1980 and honed her skills with several top brokerages in Sonoma Valley, eventually earning her Broker’s license in 2010. She joined Sotheby's International Realty in 2004 and has consistently qualified for its Top 1,000 Sales Associate distinction, placing her in the top 3% of NRT’s 42,000+ sales associates nationwide. Locally, Tina is ranked in the top 1% of all Sonoma Valley agents in sales volume for 2015. Sotheby's International Realty has a longstanding reputation for uncompromising quality.
