A little History of Westside Farms:
This historic ranch was first established through the Spanish Land Grant in 1869 by the Litton Family of Healdsburg, and consisted of about 640 acres of pasture and farmland. Sold to Pam and Ron Kaiser in 1988, it became known as WESTSIDE FARMS. Now consisting of 65 acres, the Kaisers have revived and restored this traditional family farm. The original farmhouse still stands with sloping floors and doorways that are a little crooked. The good will and Business DBA of Westside Farms and October on the Farm will stay with the property when sold.
